The Challenge
The framework, under pressure. Take the job, make the calls, and find out what the pressure reveals.
This is the RESOLVE Framework put where it belongs: in a chair, under a deadline, with a board watching and a strategy that only holds if you do. You run a fictional organisation through eighteen months of the pressure that finds every crack. Every decision tests one of the five disciplines. Reach the far side and your Resolve Score tells you what kind of leader the pressure revealed. Then send a colleague your challenge code and watch them face the identical run.
